There is no wrong age, experience level, or group for tabletop RPGs!
You do NOT need to be a performer, or a voice actor, or even an extrovert! That's the energy I bring - because I have fun doing it! You're allowed to have fun at whatever volume you want.
No experience? Don't worry about that: that's why I'm here! Enthusiasm, or even a willingness to try, will get your party further than any amount of experience.
I have run for families, longtime friends, new friends, bachelor parties, corporate events... As long as you like each other, you'll be great.
Many folks just want a "oneshot" - a whole adventure encompassed in a single session. One night of fun, and you walk away a hero!
I can also run adventures spanning multiple sessions - or even campaigns spanning multiple adventures! Some groups desire a set number of sessions, others want an open-ended ongoing story without a set session limit.
I offer discounts for multi-session commitments.
Dungeons & Dragons, of course! A popular choice for newbies.
Daggerheart
Kids on Bikes
Monster of the Week
Candela Obscura
Blades in the Dark
Stars Without Number
... And I enjoy learning new systems to tell stories in a wider spectrum of genres!
I love teaching new GMs to run their own games - it's the one time I don't mind putting myself out of a job!
I've held seminars and private coaching for aspiring GMs
How: You and I will talk about some of your expectations over phone or email, and set a date for our session!
Where: I have traveled to businesses and homes to run sessions, but I also have locations that are great for sessions, and can run fully online as well! I like using Discord and the Roll20 website for online sessions.
Sam can run games rated PG through R at your preference. While romance at the table is acceptable, Sam has never known sexual content to improve any session, so it isn't welcome at the table.
Individuals will abide by any content restrictions placed by the group at the beginning of the session(s).
I've run sessions for plenty of families, but I generally don't run sessions for parties of exclusively children. I can recommend some good GMs who can!
